Recognition and Thanks for our TA Team!

It is National TA Day on 25th September, so we would like to take the opportunity to recognise and thank our incredible Teaching Assistant team at Marsden Heights. Their dedication, patience and unwavering commitment to our students makes a difference every single day.

Our TAs are at the heart of so much of what we do. Whether they are helping students overcome barriers to learning, building confidence, providing reassurance at the right moment or celebrating success, they go above and beyond to ensure every student feels supported, valued and able to thrive. 

 We spoke to a Year 11 student who has received support throughout her time at Marsden Heights, who shared her valuable insight on the work and support from our TAs. She said:

"Thank you to the TAs for all their help in lessons, and their support to help me become more independent and confident in classes because it is so important for college and university."

We are incredibly grateful for everything they do and for the positive impact they have on the lives of our students every day.
