I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you and explain the role that I have within the school.
My name is Aicha Khan; I am the Family Liaison Officer here at Marsden Heights Community College.
I am here to support you and your children with any issues, some of the examples are:
Your child as well as your own emotional and mental wellbeing in school and home,
Challenging behaviour,
Attendance and punctuality,
Assistance with forms, letters and online applications,
Assistance/support with appointments or any issues you may have with outside agencies,
Organising workshops for parents (we are running a positive parenting course).
Support with translation, I can speak English, Urdu, Punjabi and Dutch.
My hours of work are Monday to Friday: 9:15am - 16.15pm.
I can be contacted through the school office or via email. I am situated at the front office, should you wish to make an appointment to see me then please give me a call and this can be arranged.
